Black Diamond began as Black Diamond Services, a small team of claims professionals who had spent years inside major insurance carriers like Citizens, Universal, Nationwide and State Farm. They knew first-hand how claims are evaluated, negotiated and, too often, underpaid.
In 2024 the company became Black Diamond Claims Solutions, and that carrier-side knowledge was put to work for the other side of the table: temporary housing for displaced homeowners, invoice purchasing for restoration contractors, and expert ALE reports and testimony for the law firms that represent policyholders.
Our team includes seasoned ALE specialists, complex claims experts and litigation consultants, each with years of hands-on experience managing property claims from every angle. From coverage disputes to expert reports to complex litigation, we use those backgrounds to maximize recoveries and strengthen every case we touch.
